I love everything about The Colonnade, from the amazing staff, to the great location, to the amenities for my pup! There are a few BBQ/Picnic areas for them to explore, and a very spacious dog park! Lived here for over 4 years now, and I look forward to more!

I've lived at The Colonnade for 20+ years. I've lived in all floorplans throughout my time there. I love the community, and the Rock Creek trails running behind it. Also, they have a dedicated dog park for the residents! The staff is always fantastic... Kate, Joe and Cade have been a great additions to the staff, always going above and beyond to help me. Highly recommend!!

I moved in 3 years ago, the community is very welcoming and friendly. I come up to the office everyday with my two dogs, Ruby and Garrett, and one of the office workers, Cade, gives them both pets and treats and says hi. It is the highlight of their mornings. They also have tasty treats like soda, popsicles, and candy bowls that are great for younger kids who are playing in the pool. And the manager, Cait, always organizes the best events for all of the residents to come together as a community.

I have been a resident here for six years and I have to say that my favorite thing about living here is the service we receive from everyone. Cait is an amazing manager who truly has effected changes for the better in our community. Cade, Jose, Carlos, Sabe, Joseph, Jordan, and Maria are so helpful, knowledgeable, timely, and friendly. Moved here in May and so far haven’t had issues. Cade was very welcoming when we came and did the tours prior to moving in which helped us make the decision to move in. Billie is super friendly and attentive, I greatly appreciate how she interacts with my toddler whenever we stop by at the leasing office. When it comes to maintenance they respond fast to fix the issues. Overall, in the short time we have lived here, we are really enjoying it.
