Great place to live! Very spacious and affordable. It's convenient to bike to a lot of places and has Rock Creek trail right off the parking lot. The staff is really nice and helpful.

The staff members at the Colonnade management office have been helpful from day 1 when we first visited the townhome community. Nicole has provided very timely and professional services whenever we ask for help. The maintenance requests are also completed within a reasonable time limit, usually within 24 hours when it is not on a public holiday.

Couldn't be happier to call this place home! I have called the Colonnade Luxury Townhomes my home for the past year and am about to renew my lease. There are so many components that make this an amazing place. The office staff (Nicole and Billie) are so personable and always greet me by name and are happy to help with whatever i need, big or small. The maintenance staff is professional and the grounds are kept up so nicely.

I love everything about The Colonnade, from the amazing staff, to the great location, to the amenities for my pup! There are a few BBQ/Picnic areas for them to explore, and a very spacious dog park! Lived here for over 4 years now, and I look forward to more!

I've lived at The Colonnade for 20 years. I've lived in all floorplans throughout my time there. I love the community, and the Rock Creek trails running behind it. Also, they have a dedicated dog park for the residents! Maintenance and office staff are fantastic, and I really appreciate Misho's help in the leasing office!

Beautiful and quite living environment and a great place to raise kids. The Colonnade luxury townhomes are a clean, pet-friendly home. They also have a resort-like pool and hot tub surrounded by wooded views of the Rock Creek trail. The property managers Esther Bae and Mihail Mihaylov act with a great sense of urgency for all maintenance needs. I am going on my 3rd year with the Colonnade and plan to make this a long term home. Thanks to Esther Bae and Mihail Mihaylov.
